The community sits .85 acres away from Interstate 35 (drawing a straight line), and is approximately a 6-minute, 3-mile drive to get to the interstate's access road. The community is nestled in an area of dense greenery and trees.

Bear Creek Crossings Homes
Bear Creek Crossing consists solely of M/I Homes- which, I personally, love M/I Homes. They provide a 10-Year, Transferable, Structural Warranty which is almost unheard of! If you're skeptical or just want to learn more about M/I- I encourage you to visit their website here!
The community will consist of about 180 homes when complete. Home-sites are either 50 or 60 feet wide/across. PLUS, over 60% of the homes are on a Greenbelt Lot ♥. There are 20 different floor plans to choose from ranging from 1,825 to 4,000 SQ FT. Bear Creek Crossing's web page is rarely informative. I will link it below!
